EA Expecting Anthem to Sell 6 Million Copies Over 6 Weeks

EA has high expectations following the successful demo of Anthem, which garnered overall positive reviews.

EA is expecting to sell 5-6 million of it’s upcoming title within the first 6 weeks after it’s launch.

In a call with investors, CEO Andrew Wilson said that the recent demo weekend ” left players “realizing it is a game that’s unlike any other game they’ve ever played”.

CFO Blake Jorgensen projected that the game will move 5-6 million copies by the end of the fiscal year, on March 31st, according to GameIndustry.biz.

Anthem is scheduled to arrive February 22 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
