Valve’s Index VR headset has confirmed some leaked information after the store page for the VR headset went love on Steam ahead of time.
The pages were very premature, and did not include crucial details and were full of placeholder text, which have since been pulled.
Valve did issue a statement to officially comment on the Index, which was issued to Road to VR.
Valve indicated that it is shooting for a May 1st reveal for Index with a released targeted for sometime in June.
Valve stated that the pre-orders should go live on the same day as the reveal, adding that the knuckle controllers have now been renamed to Index controllers.
