Chivalry 2 will be getting crossplay on both current generation and the incoming generation of Playstation and Xbox consoles courtesy of an official announcement during a trailer that dropped ahead of the IGN Summer of Gaming event.
Torn Banner Studios says that the game will be available for crossplay across all platforms, and the game will launch on Xbox One, Playstation, and PC later this year. Additionally, more details on the versions for Xbox Series X and Playstation 5 will be available at a later date.
“We can’t wait for gamers across the world on all five platforms to clash steel and experience the greatest melee combat system ever, together” Torn Banner president Steve Piggot said in a press release.
