Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX

Sega classic Alex Kidd, which debuted back in 1986 for the Sega Master System, will be getting a new game, sort of, and heading to Playstation, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in the early part of 2021.

Merge Games and developer Jankenteam are working on the remake/new game with features modern visuals, animations and sounds, and brings back all of the original’s levels. The game will also introduce levels of it’s own and new enemies as well to “expand the lore of Alex Kidd”.
