TheSpicyGinger: “I did 4 years of Active Duty (2014-18) and just recently finished my 4 years of IRR. I was a Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class, and I was qualified as Duty Armorer, Clearing Barrel Supervisor, and Line Coach. I trained many Sailors on small arms and crew-served weapons over the 4 years of my AD service, and I deployed with the USS Arlington (LPD-24) on her Maiden Deployment, then finished up my service at MARMC working on the 25mm Cannons. I currently a stay-at-home mom to 2 beautiful children, and my husband is still AD Navy.
