The recent revival of Denial Esports has officially kicked off and the brand has made two new hires to help them in their re-start.
The brand has hired Justin M. Jacobson, a New York-based entertainment and esports attorney, has boarded the organisation as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel.
Jacobson will take care of the day-to-day operations and attempt to “re-focus and reposition” the organization over the coming months.
“I hope to try to incorporate innovative techniques, including entertainer and influencer driven initiatives that other organizations may not have focused on yet” Jacobson said, according to Esports Insider.
“The actual individual gaming teams that [Denial Esports] have signed so far, have shown some immediate promise. Finally, I hope to continue to build the organization’s individual brand while aiming to incorporate additional non-endemic, lifestyle brands into the esports and professional gaming sphere.”
Denial Esports is looking to be more lifestyle focused in it’s revival.
“I really felt that the organization’s new management team, including Zachary Smith and Patrick Smith, all had the same vision of handling business properly and bringing the organization to the next level,” Jacobson continued. “We all also have a similar work ethic; however, each individual’s skills and connections are different and work well with each other.”
Additionally, they also hired former NFL player Hank Baskett as an Owner.
