When it comes to Twitch’s code of conduct and terms of use, there is a firms stance when it comes to instances of cheating and hacking, as both can lead to bans as they go against Twitch’s terms of use.
According to Dexerto, those within the Twitch community are up in arms over partnered Twitch streamer Dhary whose Twitch streams have been clipped to highlight cheating, aimbotting, and more behavior that could constitute a ban, but his channel remains up.
The incident that caught everyone’s attention was apparent aimbotting during an Apex Legends play, where Dhary’s aim appeared to lock onto a target and track their movement perfectly.
The VoDs have been deleted by Dhary, but it prompted others to do some more digging and uncover more suspicious incidents, on other games such as PUBG.
While Respawn Entertainment’s Community Coordinator confirmed that the developer was “on it”, nothing has been announced since.
To compound the matter, accounts have been indentified on cheat forums using the same username and profile picture that Dhary uses on Twitch channels.
