This July, Epic Games launches the Fortnite World Cup and qualifiers are currently underway, but the event won’t be just on the battle royale mode, as it will also have a creative mode competition with a significant prize pool to boot.
Epic Games recently announced the Fortnite World Cup – Creative Competition which will focus on the creative building mode of the game, similar to Minecraft.
Fortnite will offer up five different Creative mode challenges between April 29th and June 7th, each built by a different content creator, and all will battle it out for a the $3 million prize pool at stake.
15 total players will qualify across the five challenges and earn a trip to the Fortnite World Cup taking place in New York City from July 26th-28th.
