Duolingo and Twitch are to launch the Duolingo Verified Streamer Program that will showcase streamers utilizing their Twitch channels to teach foreign languages.
Each streamer involved in the program will be hosted on Duolingo’s main Twitch channel in addition to language-specific sub channels, and will also have branded badges.
The initial program will center around “core” languages such as English, French, Arabic, Chinese and Spanish, with plans to expand to include even more languages and streams in the future.
As of this writing, there are 12 names participants thus far.
