Black Ridge Acquisition Corp. has officially finalized its acquisition of Allied Esports and World Poker Tour operator WPT Enterprises from Ourgame International, and has formed Allied Esports Entertainment.
Allied Esports Entertainment will trade on the NASDAQ (as AESE), and received $18 million in investments.
Frank Ng, CEO at Ourgame International, will officially serve as CEO of Allied Esports Entertainment, while former BRAC Chairman and CEO Ken DeCubellis will serve as CFO for the newly formed company.
