A body painter is claiming that she was wrongfully suspended by Twitch for posting content of “an insufficiently covered body”, arguing that her content is covered in the streaming platform’s guidelines that outline a “contextual exception” that allows body art.
With over 140,000 followers, ‘MizzyRose’ is known for her body paint streams on Twitch, but was hit with a one-day suspension from the platform for posting content that Twitch deemed a violation of their guidelines.

MizzyRose also spoke of the impact that even a one-day suspension can have on a streamer’s account.
“Being banned at all, even for just a day impacts my account because it leaves a strike on your channel,” she said, according to Insider. “A strike can impact a partnership. I applied to be a partner before I was wrongfully banned. I’m [now] scared about what they will say or even if they’ll accept me as a partner.”
She went on to post even more information regarding her suspension, which has sparked a debate regarding Twitch’s guidelines (nothing new there) in her comment feed.
