In an effort to streamline esports content on their platform, Twitch has officially rolled out their new Esports Directory, which you can check out here, according to an official press release.
Twitch also made the announcement, along with additional details, on their blog, stating: “This new directory, which is rolling out over the coming days, puts all of the esports content on Twitch in one central place. Tune in to watch live events, catch up on past matches, discover new esports channels, and learn from the best pro players. The experience is tailored to make it easier for you to find the games and events you’re most interested in and help discover content you might like, but didn’t even know about. We’re looking at you, Farming Simulator League.”
Twitch is striving to be a leader in esports streaming content, while improving user experience.
“The Esports Directory will be populated with the most competitive and premier esports events around the world, like ESL Katowice, Rocket League Championships Series, Twitch Rivals, and the League of Legends World Championship to name a few. We’ll continue to add more events, channels, and pros to keep the content fresh and make sure we’re including all of the players and games the community cares about most.”
