Since Amazon acquired Justin.tv and evolved it to what is now known as Twitch, there hasn’t been a ton of changes implemented for the desktop experience of the popular live-streaming platform that has reigned atop the streaming industry.
Earlier this week, Twitch rolled out a brand new change to their browser layout, which people will see when they browse through the directory. Doing so will see the top part of the screen show the most popular stream in that category as the user explores the available content.
The feedback from streamers has been hot and cold, with some claiming it could really help discoverability, with others believing it will actually deter deeper searches.
