I played my first computer game in 1959 (no you did not misread that).
I’ve owned the original Pong console, TI-94A, Apple II among other consoles and computers.
I have the mind of a 14-year-old that writes checks my body can no longer cash.
I’m 66 years young, retired and an avid gamer. I’ve had an Xbox live account since day one. I currently have two Xbox Ones and two Xbox 360s so I can game with the grand-kids when the come over. Turns out they are way better gamers than me.
I’ve played D&D since it was called Chain Mail. I’ve written some stuff for RPG games and still have my name in at least one Gamer guide. I also play board games. Current favorite is Mansions of Madness 2.0.
Aside from gaming I make and fly kites. Some of them really big. You can see many of them at https://kiteflyers.org.
I also build models and do tech work for our local community theater.
I spent over forty years in the computer industry and had a front seat to all of the changes in technology. It was an incredible ride.
I now live in Ilwaco Washington about a half mile from a twenty-six-mile-long beach you can drive on.
Life is good.
I enjoy sharing my gaming experiences with others and supporting the community. I'm not great at most games but manage to die a lot, often in very creative ways.
